Hello Beautiful!!Kalee and I just got back from Las Vegas!! We had the BEST time!! We went to see the Backstreet Boys at The Sphere for my birthday, and it was one of those nights I won't ever forget!! The Sphere was a full-on SHOW. The graphics alone were mind-blowing, and then you add the Backstreet Boys on top of itβ¦ I mean, come on. We laughed and sang until our voices were completely gone. π The afternoon before the show. We ordered Randy's Donuts, picked them up from the driver, went back to our gorgeous hotel room, and spent a couple of hours watching Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Making the Team on Netflix while we ate our donuts. Just the two of us, no agenda, no rushing anywhere. π The trip was super quick, but what made it so special was that for the first time in a long time, we both justβ¦ let go. We weren't trying to see everything or squeeze every minute out of the trip. We just enjoyed being there together. Oh β and we did attempt the Hello Kitty Cafe. π Let's just say the internet pictures are very generous. In-N-Out after was a much better call. π Some trips are for adventure. Some are for rest. This one was somehow both!! β¨ NAD+ β what you need to know before jumping inI've been getting so many questions about NAD+ lately, and I get it ... the benefits sound incredible, and it's everywhere right now. But before you run out and order it, I want to share a few things I wish more people were talking about. First, what is NAD+? NAD+ is a coenzyme that lives in every single cell of your body. It's involved in energy production, DNA repair, metabolism, and how your cells communicate. The problem? NAD+ levels naturally decline with age β and that decline tends to accelerate during peri-menopause & menopause. So it's no wonder women in midlife start noticing that their energy, brain clarity, and recovery just aren't what they used to be. One reason so many women are excited about NAD+ is because they're finally feeling like themselves again. They're noticing more energy, clearer thinking, better recovery, and even sleeping better. That's why it's getting so much attention. But here's what I really want you to know. NAD+ is not a "just take it and see" kind of thing. Because NAD+ supports detox pathways and cellular repair, if your body is already carrying a heavy toxic load or your methylation pathways aren't working well, starting NAD+ can trigger a detox-like response β think fatigue, headaches, or feeling worse before better. That's not dangerous, but it's very avoidable with the right preparation and the right starting dose. This is exactly why Kalee and I always say β not everyone is ready for NAD+ right now. Your body needs to be in a reasonably good place first. And titrating up slowly from a low dose, rather than jumping straight to a high dose, makes a huge difference in how well you tolerate it and how well it works. This is why Kalee & I always encourage people to work with a provider instead of figuring it out on their own. Not everyone is ready for NAD+ right away, and starting with the right dose makes all the difference. That's exactly why we love working with EllieMD. Hit reply if you want to talk through it first, or explore EllieMD below.
π€ What it's really like to work with usI want to take a minute to tell you a little more about what working with Kalee and me actually looks like because I think sometimes people aren't sure what they're signing up for, and I want that to be really clear. Our 1:1 coaching is personal. Not a program you get handed and left to figure out on your own. We look at you as a whole person β your energy, your sleep, your gut health, your hormones, your weight, your stress, your supplements. We do a thorough intake, we check in with you weekly, and you get our personal feedback via video reply every single week. Not a canned response. Us, talking to you, about your specific situation. We work with women who are feeling off and can't quite put their finger on why. Women who've tried things that worked for everyone else and aren't getting results. Women in peri-menopause who feel like their body suddenly stopped playing by the rules they've always known. Sound familiar? We offer three tiers depending on how much support you're looking for, and we'd love to find the right fit for you. If you're curious, just hit reply and tell me a little about what's been going on. No pressure, no pitch β just a real conversation to see if we'd be a good fit. π€
ποΈ Podcast β Curtis on Inflammation, this Tuesday! This Tuesday's episode of The Kim & Kalee Show is one I've been really looking forward to sharing with you. We're sitting down with Curtis, the functional health practitioner I work with personally β one of the most credentialed functional health coaches I know. He holds certifications in functional nutrition, blood chemistry analysis, methylation, clinical nutrigenomics, and more, and he also runs a practitioner mentorship program helping other health coaches deepen their clinical skills. We talked all about inflammation β what it actually is, what's driving it for most women, and the real lifestyle shifts that make a difference. If you've been dealing with unexplained symptoms, fatigue, joint pain, gut issues, or just that general "something is off" feeling, this episode is going to connect a lot of dots for you. Make sure you're subscribed!
π€ A little reflectionI've been thinking about how much of life is about timing. The right thing at the wrong time doesn't always work β and sometimes what looks like a delay is actually preparation. That's true in health. It's true in faith. And it's true in just about everything else worth pursuing. "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens." β Ecclesiastes 3:1 Whatever season you're in right now β whether you feel ready or not β trust that He's still working in it. The preparation is part of the plan. π€ Love y'all!!β PS...make sure to check out our shop. We have great resources there from meal plans, trackers, and eBooks. |

Hello Beautiful!! I've been thinking about something this week... Do you ever feel like we're more connected than we've ever been...and somehow less connected at the same time? We know what people ate for dinner, where they went on vacation and what their kids did on the first day of school π We can like someone's birthday post, send a heart on their story and text them in two seconds. And don't get me wrong, I LOVE all of that. Kalee & I have built an entire business online. We've met some...
Hello Beautiful!! Well...I feel like a big idiot π I was in a ZONE yesterday getting things done. You know those days when you're flying through your list and feeling really productive? That's where I was....π€¦πΌβοΈ I KNOW all the things you're supposed to do when you get an email asking for important information. I normally check the sender's email address to make sure it's legit, and if it has anything to do with money or banking, I DO NOT click the link. I go directly to the website and log...
